To ensure we can continue offering this level of service, the following terms apply to our warranty coverage:
Professional Supply
This warranty applies exclusively to products supplied and installed by Miracle Electric.
We partner with trusted brands we know will last.
Customer-Supplied Parts
We cannot provide a product warranty for items purchased by the customer
(e.g., fans, lights, or devices bought online or at retail stores).
For these items, we guarantee our installation craftsmanship for 1 Year.
If the product itself fails, the homeowner is responsible for the replacement part and the labor cost to reinstall it.
Scope of Coverage
The warranty covers normal use and product failure. It does not cover damage caused by:
Physical abuse or misuse.
Lightning strikes, power surges, or electrical storms.
Water damage, fire, or rodent damage.
"Acts of God."
Work performed or altered by other contractors.
Maintenance Requirements
Certain sophisticated equipment (such as Automatic Standby Generators) requires scheduled maintenance to keep the warranty valid.
We will always inform you of these requirements upon installation.
